Thankfully I have some Amazing Friends here, a few of which have written to inform me that some of my work has ended up on various Blogs, without my permission. To be honest, I would have to be extremely naive to believe that it wouldn't happen eventually, but this project is such a personal, intimate, and emotional journey. My goal for being here is to connect with artists, to have conversations about, Life, Art, editing, what works photographically speaking and what doesn't... I came here to grow as an Artist, and to learn, and trust me i have. Anyone who's followed this Project knows, I've wavered, I've deleted this project, deleted vulnerable works, in short I struggle with what I share here... Although part of it is Insecurity and Vulnerability, the biggest reason is fear that this work will be stolen and misused, it will become something I hadn't intended and the worst part is I may not even know about it. Anyway, I think I will keep this profile, if only to keep in touch with the Amazing Friends I've made here, but I do think I will be a lot more careful about what I choose to share here. I've been exploring Flickr again, and one of the reasons is the ability to share works selectively, with artists I know, or believe I can trust. If we're friends here and you have a flickr account, feel free to add me there, I'd love to continue this journey and share it with artists I know and trust, artists who have supported me and encouraged me along the way, and artists who have literally helped me grow and develop as an Artist, I sincerely Thank You!!
